Vulnerability: The Space Between

An exploration of how digital mediums create human connections

Young Projects Gallery
8687 Melrose Ave #B230
Los Angeles, CA 90069
Gallery Opening: October 5th, 2017 5:30 - 9:30PM

Show runs through December 15th, 2017

Vulnerability: The Space Between will feature digital pieces by various contemporary artists that explore the nature of vulnerability as it relates to human experience, technology and interaction in the modern age.

Empathy and compassion are vital to art and human connection. Technology has allowed us to connect with more friends and strangers, and as we do so, authenticity and personal stories have become more valuable in creating a shared sense of humanity across digital mediums. This environment allows us to more readily share personal and revelatory experiences and invite others to do the same.

Curated by Next Art, this show aims to highlight artists who have used digital mediums to create a connection between themselves and their audience.
