OPENING THE DOOR TO MEDITATION: A Free Pulbic Talk with Kadam Bridget Heyes

* Thursday 26th April, 7pm *

At Dharmavajra Kadampa Buddhist Centre

Springfield House, Ffynone Road, Uplands, Swansea SA1 6DE

Meditation is a scientific method to cultivate inner peace and solve our inner problems.

Through meditation we can:

  • Find peace and stillness even in the midst of a busy, stressful life;
  • Gain insight into how our mind works, giving us the clarity and freedom to respond to situations wisely;
  • Transform all our negative and painful states of mind into positive, peaceful and joyful states.

Kadam Bridget Heyes in the UK National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition.  She is a powerful and inspirational teacher with a special gift for presenting profound teachings from the Buddhist tradition in a down to earth, humorous and practical way.

Everyone is welcome.

This public talk is a prelude to the Welsh Dharma Celebration, where Kadam Bridget will give teachings on how to gain freedom from anxiety, stress and fear, as well as granting the special blessing empowerment of Green Tara.  For more information on this special event, please visit:
