Artomatic, Inc., the Office of the Secretary for the District of Columbia, the District of Columbia Commission on the Arts and Humanities, the DowntownDC Business Improvement District (BID), the City Council and University in Sunderland, England, are proud to present an international fine arts glass and clay exhibit, International Glass and Clay 2013, hosted at the Pepco Edison Place Gallery in downtown Washington, D.C. Artists include UK Cohesion Artists and Creative Cohesion paired with DC artists from the Washington Glass School and Flux Studios are pleased to invite you to attend the opening reception of the International Glass and Clay 2013, on Friday evening, March 1 from 5:30-8pm, hosted at the Pepco Edison Place Gallery in downtown Washington, D.C.
Coming off the success of Glass3 in 2008 and Artomatic 2009, this will be Artomatic’s third international exhibit and the first to feature fine art clay.
Using art as a bridge between two Washington and Sunderland, join us to celebrate the arts and the relationship nurtured through the Sister City program, a program stewarded by the Office of the Secretary of the District of Columbia.
The event is free to attend.

Location, Pepco Edison Place Gallery, downtown Washington, D.C. The entrance to the Pepco Edison Place Gallery is at 702 Eighth Street, NW, Washington, DC 20068, between G and H streets, directly behind the Pepco headquarters. The Gallery Place Chinatown Metro station servicing the green, red and yellow lines is within walking distance of the Gallery. Street parking and public parking garages are available nearby.
