Event description

Description

We are very excited about the 21st Pittsburgh Racial Justice Summit, a multi-cultural initiative of the Black & White Reunion.

This year brings a renewed energy, with events starting Friday night and continuing into Saturday night:

  • The Opening Ceremony will take place on Friday evening, January 25th at 6:30pm, at the Union Project. Seating is limited, please purchase your ticket in advance.
  • The core of the event is still a full day of panels and workshops, on Saturday the 26th, at the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
  • We wrap up at the Union Project on Saturday the 26th at 7:30pm, at the Union Project, with an Organizing Dance Party to connect, celebrate, and organize!

If you would like to attend all the events, please click here to register.

If you just want to attend the Opening Ceremony or the Organizing Dance Party, choose from the tickets on this page.

PRJS is a volunteer-led and run organization. Registration proceeds are used to cover the costs of hosting the Summit and for the Jonny Gammage Scholarship Fund.

More than 800 people attended the Summit in 2018, a testament to the value our community places on this unique action-oriented, anti-racist educational, networking, and planning event.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Thank you for your commitment to justice.
