About this event

We welcome you to join us for our 6th OpenApply Admissions Conference in EMEA, which will be held at the International School of London on November 18 & 19, 2022.

Why should you join us in London?

Navigating the complex landscape of admissions requires consideration of the big picture and how all elements integrate as part of the end-to-end journey from discovery, enquiry, application and enrolment, all the way through to graduation, transitions and alumni engagement. The first step in charting this journey involves a deep understanding of how to proactively communicate with and nurture prospective families, as well as best-practice use of the right tools for the task at hand.

Since 2013 OpenApply has been working to fill the professional development gap in the admissions world in preparation for these increasing challenges. And we are finally coming back to an in-person event this year!

The conference will consist of both PD sessions and OpenApply workshops. Non-OpenApply users are more than welcome to join as well!

  • Early-Bird: $299 (ending on September 30)
  • Regular: $349

Conference Hotel

We have blocked a limited number of rooms at the Clayton Hotel Chiswick for conference attendees.

Our special rate:

  • £185 for Nov 17th, breakfast and VAT included
  • £215 for Nov 18th, breakfast and VAT included

Transportation

We will schedule a shuttle bus between the conference hotel and the International School of London. You can utilise the bus service even if you are not staying at the conference hotel. Simply indicate so in the registration form and show up at the conference hotel on time.

*The registration fee includes food and beverages during the conference, happy hour, and shuttle bus service. Participants are responsible for their own airfares and accommodation.
