Jim Readey is a Kripalu-certified Yoga Teacher, Holistic Health Instructor, and Yoga Teacher Mentor. He is also a certified iRest® yoga nidra teacher and has been trained in Thai Yoga. He runs The Yoga Center in Concord, NH, where he has been teaching yoga for 20 years.
No Co-op membership is required, this class is free for adults and mature teens.
The Yoga Center is located next door to the Co-op, the building on the South side.
Parking: Downtown Concord parking is free on weekends. There is plenty of street parking or the Capital Commons garage is open across the street, vehicle access from Storrs street. Please do not park in the Co-op parking lot to avoid being towed, this lot is for current Co-op shoppers only 30 minutes or less.
