There has been increasing interest recently in Gatling, an open source tool for load testing web applications. In this meetup, we will examine Gatling’s many capabilities and primary features, and compare them to those of Apache JMeter. We also look at some challenges, as well as how to use the open source Taurus test automation tool to overcome them.
The meetup will cover:
- The advantages of Gatling and its value for users
- How Gatling compares to other open source testing tools like JMeter
- A demonstration of how Taurus brings added value to Gatling users, including simple scripting, real-time reporting, and cloud scaling
There will also be a Q&A part to present, discuss and get solutions for your challenges with JMeter and other open source testing tools.
