Philly Poetic Resistance is excited to announce "Poetry for the People," an open mic event to be held Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Lansdowne Landing, 30 N Lansdowne Ave, Lansdowne, PA 19050.
(Lansdowne Landing is in the parking lot across from the Lansdowne Theater, where the Lansdowne Farmers Market is held.)
All are welcome, including day-of walk-ins. Come to read your poetry! Come to listen! Sign up to read at the event. This is Philly Poetic Resistance's third "Poetry for the People," and we always find it a great way to share the importance and energy of live poetry!
