Open Hearth Cooking presented by the Orange County Historical Museum
About this Event
Enjoy a cozy evening in front of a fire as Linda Ostrand demonstrates 17th and 18th century cooking.
Linda trained at Pennsbury Manor, the colonial estate of William Penn, founder of the Colony of Pennsylvania. Part 1 of this series will be set in 1690, and Linda will prepare a Portugal Cake.
If you can't make it into the kitchen, don't worry!
This event will be recorded. The recipe and recording will be made available to all who register within the week after the live event.
