About the yoga instructor
Ashlyn is a 200hr RYT; teaching Vinyasa Flow, Power yoga, Yin yoga and Restorative yoga. Ashlyn's classes are challenging yet nurturing, where she will guide you through a flowing practice combining breath and movement. Releasing tension in the body and mind, while developing focus, mobility, stamina and flexibility with music playing a key factor within her classes. Ashlyn deeply believes that the power of smell can play a huge impact on one's practice, so depending on the class, mood or time of day you will be subjected to a room of burning essential oils ending with a soothing savasana. As well as a yoga teacher, Ashlyn is also a Sports & Remedial massage therapist, where she is based between London and Sevenoaks and is the founder of the Fisical oils; a range of naturally sourced aromatherapy products that have beautifully blended to aid with a range of benefits, from easing muscular tension and discomfort to calming the mind. Ashlyn is also a proud Sweaty Betty ambassador.
Directions to Heron's Centre:
By car, the centre is 7 miles south of the M25. Come off at Junction 6 on to the A22 signposted for East Grinstead. Carry straight on the A22 for 7 miles. At the last roundabout, for the A22/B2028, you will see the large London Temple ahead on the right. Wiremill Lane is about 400m further on the left. Look out for signs for the Wiremill Inn at the end of the road and a brown National Heritage site for the Bonsai Nursery opposite the entrance to Wiremill Lane. Once you have turned into the lane the parking entrance for Herons Centre and Herons Bonsai is the third on the right.
I look forward to meeting you all.
With kind regards
