Má Pêche (meaning "mother peach") is lead by Executive Chef Matthew Rudofker (James Beard 'Rising Star of the Year' finalist) and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Additionally, Má Pêche services Fuku+, our Midtown location of our fried chicken sandwich shop. It is the only Momofuku restaurant that doesn't require a subway ride to get to if you're coming from the MoMA, the Theater District, Central Park, or work: it's in Midtown.

We are looking for Dishwashers, Prep Cooks and Line Cooks.
As a Prep and Line Cook you will experience an extensive kitchen, executing passed plates, a la carte offerings, chef specials and evolving Fuku+ items. You will be among a growing team while grooming your cooking techniques with a variety of service styles and menus. Tasked with mastering the stations, you will also be accountable for cleanliness, food and equipment safety knowledge that meet our Momofuku company standards.
Our Dishwashers are the backbone to our BOH team and work to execute a smooth service. We are always interested in meeting candidates who are interested in eventually growing into a cook!

We require trails as a part of our interview process. If you are available and interested in trailing next Monday, please come wearing non slip shoes, work pants and a baseball cap (and bring your knives if you have them!).
Trails last all day and are paid. We also require the required work authorization and i9 IDs for a trail. Trails will start at either 9am, 2pm for Line/Prep Cook positions and 4pm for the Dishwasher position.
