Momofuku Ssäm Bar serves an inventive menu that is always evolving. Lead by Executive Chef Matthew Rudofker (James Beard 'Rising Star of the Year' finalist), the menu includes a selection of country hams, raw bar items, and large format meals including the bo ssäm, dry aged ribeye, and rotisserie duck.

We are looking for Dishwashers and Line Cooks.
As a Prep and Line Cook you will experience an extensive kitchen, executing passed plates, a la carte offerings, chef specials and evolving Fuku+ items. You will be among a growing team while grooming your cooking techniques with a variety of service styles and menus. Tasked with mastering the stations, you will also be accountable for cleanliness, food and equipment safety knowledge that meet our Momofuku company standards.
Line Cooks apply here (starting rates from $10 - $15 based on experience)
Our Dishwashers are the backbone to our BOH team and work to execute a smooth service. We are always interested in meeting candidates who are interested in eventually growing into a cooks.

We require trails as a part of our interview process. If you are available and interested in trailing next Monday, please come wearing non slip shoes, work pants and a baseball cap (and bring your knives if you have them!).
Trails last all day and are paid. You will need to bring required work authorization and i9 IDs for a trail. Trails will start at either 9am, 2pm for Line/Prep Cook positions.
