Description

The morning begins with an hour long, all levels, Yoga practice. Immediately following our practice we will move to the bar for a pint of your favorite Menace brew. Leave your worries at the door, get your body in motion, taste some delicious beer and get to know your community.

About the Venue: Menace Brewing began making beer in Ferndale in 2012. Initially available to consumers only through The Fork, as well as Maggie’s Pub in Ferndale, Menace’s fan base grew so quickly it had to double its brewing capacity within its first year. Moving into their current space in downtown Bellingham. The half-barrel nano brewery started with two flagship ales – a pale ale and a red ale – and now boasts more than a dozen favorites, including its Chili Bravo chili beer and Breakfast Stout.

We love Yoga. We enjoy a good drink. We thrive on community.

We have made it our mission to combat the infamous Seattle Freeze and get people moving their bodies. You don't have to be able to do the splits or stand on your head. You don't even have to be able to touch your toes.

We provide an approachable and casual way to practice yoga.

After many beers and brunches attempting to figure out a fun way to make our vision a reality, one day the light bulb went off. What better way to get people together than to combine two of our favorite things, Booze and Yoga?

Join us for yoga in the bar, whether it's your first class or your 100th.
