Onsite Shared Support: Provider Information Session
Overview
Onsite Shared Support: Provider Information Session
Accessible Homes Australia (AHA) invites you to a hands-on Onsite Shared Supports (OSS) Provider Information Session and Site Tour at our newest development, Urraween Village.
This session is designed for NDIS care providers interested in applying to deliver OSS at Urraween Village, as well as participants, carers, and support coordinators wanting to understand how this model works in practice.
You’ll gain a clear overview of how the OSS model operates across AHA sites — including how the OSS line item interacts with individual core funding, how tenant opt-in and viability thresholds are managed, and the role of the Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) apartment in providing 24/7 support.
The session will also cover:
- How AHA and tenant committees run the tender and selection process for new OSS providers
- What we look for in successful tenders and partnerships
- Real examples of effective OSS operations and key lessons from previous sites
- Practical insights into collaboration between AHA, OSS providers, primary supports, and tenants
This is your opportunity to see the Urraween Village site, ask questions about operational expectations, and decide whether your organisation would like to put its hand up for the provision of this essential support service.
Spaces are limited to 30 attendees, so please register early to secure your place.
