Event description

Description

Patient and family engagement (PFE) goes beyond informed consent. It is about proactive communication and partnered decision-making between healthcare providers and patients, families and caregivers. It is about building a caring relationship that is based on trust and inclusion of individual values and beliefs.

This three-part learning series will provide participants with case studies and resources to implement PFE strategies in their organizations.

Onsite May 3

7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
