Youth Improv! Zoomerang with Arastoo Darakhshan

About this Event

Class time / date: 9:30am - 1:30PM / Monday, July 20, 2020 - Friday, July 24, 2020

Schedule: 5 daily sessions, Monday thru Friday, for one week

Class size: 16 students maximum 

Class length: 4 hours with a break from 11am - Noon (15 class hours total)

Pre-Requisites: Ages 11-13yo (rising middle school students)

Tuition: $275


Are your kids craving a new experience that is fun, a great way to make friends, laugh out loud, enhance creativity, and builds confidence? If yes, then look no further than, Zoomerang! Arastoo Darakhshan brings his many years improvising and teaching with, Berkeley Improv to head a new online improv lass focusing on teaching kids the wonderful foundations of improv as well as fun games that showcases their talent! Kids will learn how to be spontaneous, creative, and supportive with a lot of laughs!

About Arastoo Darakhshan:

Arastoo Darakhshan has been an active composer, producer, teacher, and performer in the Bay Area for 15 years and has a degree in Applied Science with an emphasis on Sound Arts. An alum of Berkeley Improv, Arastoo performs improv with The Berkeley Players, and Synergy Theater. He has acted for the Discovery Channel ID Network, Lexus, and the Academy of Art College in San Francisco.

Arastoo brings together his improv acting skills and musical talents to provide magical improvised musical accompaniment for Berkeley Improv classes and performances. Beyond music and improv, Arastoo is an avid photographer, writer, and artist. His work has been featured on multiple albums by various artists, magazines, and businesses.


BATS Improv Class Refund Policy:

Class cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 96 hours (4 days) before a class begins, we will refund your tuition less a 15% processing fee. If you cancel within 96 hours (4 days) of your first class, your tuition will be forfeit.

All cancellation and refund requests must be emailed to registrar@improv.org, and include the title and start date of your class. In the event that we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, we’ll refund your tuition in full.

Please note: In the past, we have offered class credit in lieu of refunds. We are no longer able to offer this option. Each class tuition payment will stand on its own, and is non-transferable.
