Before the COVID -19 shutdown, I, taught five yoga classes per week at LA Fitness, and to corporations in the DC Area. Now that I am not going into the gym to teach class, I thought "let me bring the fun, excitement and benefits of a yoga class online!", and help us all avoid #quarantine15 pound weight gain people are complaining about.
Jamie's three guidelines for life and yoga:
- Show up "on your mat" daily
- Do what you can
- Look for incremental improvements
My vinyasa flow classes are physically stimulating with creative sequencing, allowing time to ground and breathe, and are accessible to all levels.

Yoga transformed my life in 2018, and I want to share what I got with you in this difficult time of physical distancing, lay-offs, furloughs, work from home, and uncertainty. Even though you may be working from home, my yoga practices will help you build six pack abs, perfect posture, reduce stress, boost immunity, and maintain a powerful presence!
I believe that yoga has a profound effect on mental and emotional health, while also challenging the body physically, and providing an amazing outlet to release tension. I'm also an image and personal brand consultant, speaker, and author and I know that everyone's personal brand includes mindset and wellness. Particularly in a crowded world with everyone vying to be noticed, both online and in person. In fact, I discovered mindset and wellness are the foundation of a strong personal brand back in 2018 when I lost mine.

When she was 5, Jamie took Tai Chi classes with her family and has practiced meditative movement ever since. In addition to studying yoga alignment credit classes in college, Jamie has studied Hatha, Vinyasa flow, and Bikram Hot Yoga. These have all allowed her to maintain sanity and have the glow of health, improved posture, demeanor, and overall sense of peace. Her passion for sharing the benefits of yoga, stem from her personal journey from stress back to vitality and productivity.
