Experience the joy and connection you get when you sit with a group of women who are all focused on taking the time they need to unwind and do some deep spiritual work on themselves.
My Circles follow the moon cycle. The new moon is a really powerful time to set intentions for the month ahead, and beyond. The full moon is a fantastic time for giving gratitude, and often, for letting things go, with love.
Circles are themed around the phase of the moon, the zodiac, and the season we are currently in.
Expect - discussion, journalling, ritual, and room for vulnerable sharing.
