Celebrate the new and full moons from the comfort of your own home. Gather in a diverse an online community to understand, embrace, and celebrate the power of the moon in your life, career, and business each month. During the full moon circle, you will have an opportunity to practice mindful self-care with meditation, breathing exercises, gentle chair yoga, reflection, journaling, release and forgiveness, and self-celebration. Dress comfortably and bring your favorite journal and pen.

Once you register and pay for the moon circle, you will receive an email with a link to the Zoom video call.

The moon circle is led by Ananda Leeke, a mindfulness meditation and yoga teacher, reiki master, author, and artist. Ananda is also the Chief Mindfulness Officer of Ananda Leeke Consulting, a personal and professional development firm that helps people, corporations, and organizations practice mindfulness and self-care in their lives, careers, and business.
