Spend an hour practicing mindulness meditation that focuses on the body and breath.

About this Event

Meditation is the practice of making friends with your mind by choosing to focus your awareness on what’s happening inside of yourself – what’s happening in your spirit, heart, mind, and body. In meditation, you can use your breath to help focus your attention and cultivate stillness by observing it and coming back to it when your mind is distracted by thoughts, sounds, and sensations.

Join Ananda Leeke, a mindfulness meditation and yoga teacher, reiki master, and author, for an online meditation class that will help you increase your self-awareness, relax, improve concentration, reduce stress, and strengthen your emotional and physical well-being.

You will need access to the internet during the workshop. It will be offered via Zoom.
