Hope After Suicide Virtual Support Group for Adult Suicide Loss Survivors

About this event

  • Hope After Suicide is a free monthly peer-facilitated online support group led by trained facilitators whose role is to help guide the flow of discussion and not to diagnose or treat members of the group.
  • This group is not a substitute for medical treatment or professional therapy, and a list of local resources is available at every meeting. In an emergency, please dial 911 or visit your local crisis center or nearest emergency room.
  • Hope After Suicide Survivors of Suicide Loss Virtual Support Group meets from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm MT on the first Thursday each month via Zoom - a link will be sent out 24 hours in advance to those with tickets or you can visit www.hopeaftersuicide.org for the link to the meeting and/or the phone number to call in.

Organizer of Online Support for Adult Suicide Loss Survivors

The Hope Group is an organization dedicated to reducing the suicide rate in Colorado through providing peer support for teen and adult suicide attempt survivors, their families, and teens and adults who have lost a loved one to suicide through fee for service one-on-one sessions, and free community peer support groups. These include Teens Surviving, Striving & Thriving; Surviving, Striving & Thriving; Group 4F – Fortifying Families and Finding Friendships; Teens Overcoming Grief After Suicide; and Southwest Metro Denver Survivors of Suicide, and grief workshops including Surviving After Suicide and other topical workshops specific to suicide loss.
