This ticket entitles one (1) person access to the two part session. The 49.00 fee is for BOTH sessions. You may not pay for 1/2 a session. There are no refunds or cancellations for a missed session. You will receive a pre-work sheet to complete and send back to me prior to the session. After the session each participant will receive a 30 minute consult call from me to cover touch points or final questions you may have about the topics.

What we'll cover:

This is a two part session to allow you time to research and review after the first session. Approaching a speciality retailer can be challenging for a solo emerging designer or new brand. There are stores that are always interested in new lines to keep their inventory fresh, so knowing how to find, approach and work with them successfully is important to building your brand - and more importantly making sales. Take this two session online as I guide you on what to prepare, how to present and the best ways to follow up.

  • Materials 101: line sheets and look books

  • Who to approach, why and when - the right retailer for you.

  • Identifying and evaluating the right market week shows, and events for your brand

  • Resources: Ways to market and promote your line for buzz and exposure

Understanding the three most common reasons people don't get back to you including:

    • How to prepare a simple script and/or email to use when you follow-up with a prospect.

    • Things you must talk about on a follow-up call or email

    • Things you must never say in a follow-up call or email

    • Resources to market and promote your line for buzz and exposure
