Event description

Please join us for the educational fundraiser event: Plant-Based Healing. ($50 minimum donation per person) The online event consists of two Zoom sessions, broadcasting the morning and afternoon presentations. This event is hosted by Plant Food Path Academy to accomplish two things. One – to provide insights into the wonderful healing properties of plant-based eating. Two – to raise funds for the Donna Kater Kicks Cancer campaign. Through the magic of Zoom technology, online participants will be able to view all the presentations and cooking demonstrations conducted at the Plant-Based Healing on-site event. The Zoom sessions will be archived. So, if you aren’t able to catch all of the action live, you can access the archives at any time.

We are very excited to be sharing the healing benefits of plant-based eating with an online audience. It’s our first official Zoom meeting (so please bear with us).

This is a fundraiser event. Donna Kater was diagnosed with Stage IV Cancer in June 2018. She has been undergoing treatment using integrative and alternative healing methods. There is more about her healing journey on the GoFundMe site. Donna is winning the battle, but needs support to continue treatments. We thought that this event, with its focus on plant-based healing, would be a fun and informative way to raise funds and reaffirm the importance of healthy eating. After all, the world is transitioning from the disease-promoting Western diet, to a health-promoting plant-based diet, and we want to support people in making that transition.

If you wish to participate in the online event, click on Register above. Then, head over to and contribute a minimum of $50 per person to the Donna Kater Kicks Cancer campaign. Then, report your contribution via email to You will receive a confirmation email. Look for other emails with the Zoom links and other documents relating to the event, including recipes, resource pages, and more.

Thank you for your interest and participation.
