Online Mindfulness Workshop: Self-Compassion

Learn how to cultivate mindfulness from the comfort of your own home. Using ZOOM, join us online for this 45 minute session in the 3 part series. Become more present in daily life leading to many benefits, including decreased stress and increased happiness. 3rd session: Self-Compassion -- April 1 @ 7pm

$15/session or $40 for the 3 part series (Please call Aspire if you would like to sign up for all 3 sessions. 302-366-1727)

Session 1: Perspective -- March 18 @ 7pm

Session 2: Awareness -- March 25 @ 7pm
