Curious about Mindfulness and how you can explore it while also doing something good for vulnerable groups?

Our non-profit organization called “Two Wings” offers Mindfulness courses with different formulas for an 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction course (one weekly session of 2,5h on Friday evenings).

The Patron Formula, where you pay a normal market price for an online mindfulness course and 50% of the course fee allows another person to take part in the same course on a 100% scholarship.

The Benefactor Formula, where you don’t take part in the course yourself, but make a donation to sponsor a 100% scholarship for a person in need.

The Scholarship Formula for vulnerable and disadvantaged groups that cannot afford to pay for a course.

We strongly believe that learning how to practice mindfulness should not be a privilege for the wealthy. For us, making mindfulness more inclusive is an integral part of the practice itself - an active expression of the two wings of mindfulness: awareness and compassion.
