Online Introduction to
Life Performance Coaching
led by Dr. Raquell Holmes
& Helen Abel

We are excited to welcome the very talented group leader, community builder and improviser Dr. Raquell Holmes to the staff of the Life Performance Coaching Center (LPCC).

Dr. Holmes and co-founder of the LPCC, Helen Abel, will lead this first in a series of free online introductions to our work. The LPCC's positive group process helps people from all walks of life grow continuously. They learn new ways of seeing and being with friends, families and colleagues.

Join this introductory group videoconference for an experience of the challenges, the intimacy and the joy produced as you and other participants work with Raquell and Helen to create an environment for personal and professional development.

Helen Abel is a co-founder and life performance coach on staff at the Life Performance Coaching Center in San Francisco. She leads the popular Playground series and encourages development by teaching participants to use their capacity to create, perform and play in everyday life. She is an alumna of the East Side Institute for Group and Short Term Psychotherapy's (ESI) International Class and has co-led performance workshops in Greece, Serbia, London and the U.S.A.

Raquell Holmes, Ph.D. is a life performance coach on staff at the Life Performance Coaching Center. She is a graduate of the East Side Institute's training program and an alumna of the ESI's International Class. She is the founder of improvscience, a pioneering consulting company that uses improvisational theater and social therapeutics to help people in scientific, mathematical and technical fields grow. She has found that as scientists learn to improvise and work with others, they create anew their joy for life and work.
