8 September - Scalable Business Models

Presented by Sid Amster, founder of Good Company Ventures and a prolific social enterprise angel investor. In this session, we will explore social impact innovation, emerging scalable business models, and how the latest trends for investing and financing are designed for a better outcome focused approach.


15 September - Impact of Technology and Collaboration

Presented by Kevin Koym, founder of Tech Ranch, one of the top 3 Social Impact Incubator in the US. This session will cover impact & technology / collaboration on a global scale and will be focused on impact innovation: how technology and collaboration are impacting the space, and how global connectedness is making this even easier as well as providing some tools to get started.


22 September - Social Impact Measurement Trends

Presented by TL Hill, Associate Professor at Fox School of Business , expert in Strategy development for social ventures. Explore and learn about Social Impact Measurement trends, and how US based not-for-profit organisations, B Corps, etc., are dealing with this, the logical models that underpin this and how Australian based not-for-profit organisations could adopt this thinking for their purposes.


29 September - Stories from the Field

Presented by Bert Verhoeven, Assistant Professor at Flinders University New Venture Institute, 3 x Social Entrepreneur. Learn through live interviews with social entrepreneurs from within Australia. Explore how they are dealing with considering their impact, how they measure it, what are the demands from funders/ clients/ customers of this aspect of their business.
