Pinelawn Online Grief Workshop - "Going Forward: Self Healing and Resilience Building"
About this event
Facilitator: Irene Hajisava, LCSW
Description:
Due to positive feedback last year, we are honored to host this workshop again in 2022.
Trauma, loss, illness and all the ongoing stress of these difficult times can overwhelm us. Even if there is family and community support, we can often feel hopeless and alone. This workshop provides a tool to support you through an emotionally difficult time. We will learn and practice Havening, a revolutionary technique based on neuroscience designed to reduce anxiety, stress and trauma. Developed by two medical scientists the technique allows increased healing from trauma and loss and is used to treat trauma all over the world. It is simple, user friendly and easy to teach to adults and children.
