Course Objectives: Provide delegates with a level of awareness, knowledge and understanding of the food hygiene & HACCP requirements as per the FSAI Training Guidelines Levels 1& 2
This course delivery will be remote tutor led via Microsoft teams.

Duration: 3 hours (including course assessment)
Target Audience: All food handlers including deli, shop floor staff.
Remote training via Microsoft teams
Cost: €35pp Minimum of 8 bookings for course to proceed
Remote Training Dates: 4th October, 8th November, 6th December
NOTE: Onsite training
Cost: €350 per course, can train up to 15 delegates per course (COVID Controls permitting)
