Our advanced workshop is coming this April 2021 and we are so excited we just can’t hide it. Our 90mins online workshop will introduce you to the of safe stretching to achieve touchdown on the splits*.

This workshop is designed to introduce you to the more advance techniques of safe stretching and splits. These additional techniques will compliment your ongoing flex training and offer further adventures for you to explore your flexi side. Experience is necessary for this class, take a peek below of the requirements.

The benefits to being flexible are endless. It improves posture, health and wellbeing but most importantly it makes you feel amazing about yourself.

Perfect for improvers who are looking to unlock their deeper split in a safe and controlled manner.

Prerequisites:

Attendance of at least one FlexiBlue studio/online 6 course

or

Attendance of at least one FlexiBlue beginners workshops (see this event for more info - https://www.eventbrite.com/e/129868798071 )

Or equivalent flex training

If one of these are met, please book on and we will excitedly enrol you on the workshop.

*splits training is an on going process. This workshop is designed to be a gentle introduction of advanced techniques for you to continue your training long after the workshop has finished. All attendees will receive on going support if applicable.

About the Teacher Trixie Blue

Trixie Blue - International Multi award winning burlesque performer (Queen of Neo Burlesque 2018 Croatian Burlesque Festival, Bohemian Princess 2017 Prague and 1st Runner up at the British Crown 2016 World Burlesque Games) who runs the burlesque entertainment enterprise House of Trixie Blue. Trixie is a PGCE qualified teacher, with a Masters of Research degree, specialising in burlesque and is currently undertaking a PhD titled: Traditions of Nostalgic Femininity within the Burlesque Subculture. Not only this, she has extensive qualifications within performing arts and fitness and uses her theoretical and practical knowledge, along with her infectious enthusiasm to deliver a burlesque experience you will never forget
