Unlock your full potential and experience the power of your breath to transform your life! This one of a kind session utilizes transformational breathwork techniques to help you access your inner power!

After you sign up, you'll be sent a link to join the event .You'll then be able to access the event which happens on Zoom. You can participate with or without your camera on. (we send the link out to you on the day of the event).

* This session will result in supercharged energy levels, reduced stress levels, and an augmented immune response that swiftly deals with pathogens.

* We will be oxygenating the body, brain and central nervous system clearing out all that you no longer need and tapping into everything you do need!

* Dissolve tension physically, mentally and emotionally

* Access a level of energy and power that you've likely never experience before. You'll leave the session feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated.

* Be released from that "stuck" feeling so you'll no longer be bound to a hectic, scattered, unfocused and distracted way of living. You'll start to release negative feelings and become more present, focused and calm in daily situations.

* Access high-frequency energy which can lead to physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

As you breath faster and deeper, you decrease the CO2 in your system and while your body tries to compensate for the lack of oxygen it makes your blood more alkaline, which in turn creates positive changes in the frontal cortex of your brain. It increases activity across a network of brain structures, leading your brain to release endorphins, naturally calming your mind, while decreasing activity in the frontal cortex, which is what we call our default mode network, or DMN, which is ultimately responsible for your mental construct of YOURSELF and your EGO. So when that area has less activity than usual you are able to connect to your inner guidance that controls anxiety, negative thoughts, and can create further clarity. We center our mind and create an ultimate stillness, allowing you to leave the session feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Ivana Tisler is a Breathwork facilitator who has been practicing yoga and mediation since early 2001. Her journey into the bodies natural power and ability to sicken or heal itself, created a deeper interest in the power of breath. While practicing Wim Hof, Holotropic and Neuro activating breath-work methods, she was guided into a deep need to serve and teach this amazing modality to others. Prep for the Class:

After signing up you'll be able sent a link to join the event on Zoom (We send the link out at some point on the day of the event). You can participate with or without your camera on. We will be playing the audio through Zoom. You can access zoom via a laptop/computer or your phone. Sound is important, so if you have a way to connect your laptop to a better speaker, that will sound better for you. Or you can use headphones and connect them to the computer or your phone.

* Set aside a space where you won't be disturbed or interrupted (as best you can).

* Try not to eat a big meal more than 45 minutes before class.

* Choose a place that is comfortable for you to lay down on... A blanket or a yoga mat or a bed.

* Have a blanket / socks ready. Some people fluctuate in temperature during the class and require extra layers. So in order to be least disturbed it is best to have everything close by.

* Make sure you have some water next to you in case you get thirsty.
