Join this training and experience a structured and tailored behaviour design process to solve a problem and to achieve a target behaviour. You will end up with design concepts.

You get the opportunity to work with your own problem and get professional expertise and help from the other participants. Participants choose which problem to work with.

Building a behaviour strategy

In the workshop we will build a behaviour strategy to reach a target behaviour for a user. You will learn a structured design process and include drivers (insights from psychology, rhetoric and behavioural economics) for more innovative design concepts and also for supporting argumentation in design discussions.

We have more than 70 drivers to choose from and you will experience a tailored selection of drivers to apply in brainstorming and sketching.

The content of the workshop is developed in co-operation with Aalborg University.

Why behaviour design?

Analysis from Gallup show that companies that apply principles from behaviour economy outmatch other companies with 85% in sales growth.

"Users are overloaded with digital solutions and information, both private and at work, thus behaviour design should be an integrated perspective in any design process. Good digital solutions relieve the user, without limiting the possibility for independent choices. It’s not only about usability, but also about motivation and transparency and about respecting the users’ preconditions and needs."

- Sandra Burri Gram-Hansen, Assistant Professor and PhD in Persuasive Design, Aalborg University. Sandra contributes in the development of the game.
