One Year After Covid-19 Announced on U.S. Soil: Data Recovery Metrics
Event Information
About this Event
In a world where there is almost too much data to process, community leaders need trusted, relevant, up-to-date, and highly-curated information to rebuild their communities stronger than before after the ravages of the Covid virus.
One year after the first announcement of Covid-19 on U.S. soil, challenges continue to mount in communities. In the 5th release of Pandemic to Prosperity, we’ve curated the most important new information on healthcare, jobs, Covid-19, and more to help your community identify and address the many barriers to an equitable recovery from the pandemic.
The Learning Circle will be led by Senior Fellow Denice Ross, Director of Research Jeff Coates, as well as Allison Plyer, Senior Demographer for The Data Center in New Orleans to discuss these new findings.
This new information is part of NCoC’s Pandemic to Prosperity series that’s built on a national Civic Health Index data infrastructure. The series leverages the authors’ success with The New Orleans Index, which informed a myriad of public and private decisions and actions post-Katrina.
