Jan O'Brien, VP of Business Coaching
Jan O’Brien has over 25 years of leadership, real estate training, and business coaching experience. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.S. degree in Education, she served 8 years in the U.S. Army as an officer and Blackhawk helicopter pilot.
Jan is currently VP of Business Coaching for Realty ONE Group. Before joining Realty ONE Group in 2010, she worked with Prudential Americana Group in Las Vegas, NV for 16 years as a sales executive, broker-manager, and as the general manager responsible for recruiting, coaching and leadership training.
Jan specializes in real estate business systems, agent team building and social media strategies for business. She coaches real estate professionals to “run their business like a business”, build an asset and create an exit strategy.
She has been blogging and active on a variety of social networks since 2006. She provides training and social media marketing consulting to assist real estate professionals with integrating technology and social media into their business plan.
Jan is the co-author of the Certified Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant (CFAC) designation course and an instructor for the Certified Short-Sale Professional (CSP) designation. She has certified over 900 real estate professionals since April 2009. She also holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation.
Tina began her journey in Real Estate sales in 1995. She was a top producing agent within Keller Williams Realty for most of her 13 years with the company. Tina later moved to California and became a Productivity Coach and Assistant Team Leader with Keller Williams Realty. The program gained national success and soon was implemented at the regional level.
She has a relentless passion to impact and improve the lives of people and organizations and has become a valuable asset to organizations as a recruiter, manager, coach and trainer.
Tina has coached and consulted over 1,000 agents, several managers and owners, and has consistently increased agent awareness through coaching and providing top notch support. She works at a fast pace while keeping a positive attitude and the culture around her buzzing within an environment of productivity and fun.
