CLOSED BRIEFING - Topic: One October Shooting
On October 1, 2017, a mass shooting occurred in Las Vegas, Nevada, killing 58 victims. Special Agent in Charge Aaron Rouse will discuss the incident and the coordinated law enforcement response that ensued in the weeks which followed.

Do I need to be a member of one of the organizations listed? Can the general public attend?
Due to the nature of the information being shared, only current members of the identified organizations will be confirmed for attendance.
Is a clearance required to attend the briefing?
Current membership in one of the identified organizations is required. The briefing is being held as UNCLASSIFIED BUT SENSITIVE, and generally should be treated as TLP:RED.
Where will the briefing be held?
The location will be provided to approved attendees several days before the briefing. It will be in the Las Vegas/Paradise area (a short distance from the mapped area).
May I take photographs or make a recording of portions of the event or the attendees?
No photos or recordings will be allowed.
Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
A current government-issued ID must be available at checkin to verify attendees.
Is my registration / ticket transferrable?
Because ticket registrations will be validated against current membership lists, tickets are non-transferrable.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
All tickets/registrations must match the name of the person who attends as validated with government-issued ID.
