Internationally touring comic performer Heather Gold (SF Sketchfest, NPR, CBC, SXSW, Gotham Comedy Club) brings her lightening-fast wit and heart-provoking stories to Sydney for one-night only in this intimate Seattle-requested show hosted by @maxine
This will be an intimate evening of stories and threaded conversation as part of the development of her next show Everything Is Subject to Change. When everything in your life and world disappears, what can you count on?
Heather has baked over 50,000 cookies in her smash hit "I Look Like An Egg, But I Identify As A Cookie," which ran over a year in her old home of San Francisco, workshopped at NYC's Ars Nova Theatre and won Best of the Bay and Curve's National Lesbian Theatre Award. Shotgun Players will present "Cookie" this April in Berkeley CA. Heather contribues to CBC Radio's Definitely Not the Opera one of Canada's leading storytelling shows.
Heather has hosted Austin Gay Pride, written for Alan Cumming and credits her geek time at Apple and in start-up culture with the inspiration for her unique interactive style that lets her bring the best out of the "audience" in the show and creates an intimate public connection that helps people meet each other. This show will be deliciously conversational.
Extremely Limited Seating. $10
