THIS MONTH'S TOPIC
As entrepreneurs, we’re always looking for growth opportunities. In addition to growth that maximizes profits and productivity, consider growth that maximizes opportunities to sell your business. This month, successful entrepreneur Mike Dendy joins Fran to discuss not only fundamental lessons that any entrepreneur can use to grow a business, but also how to identify and prepare to successfully exit if the right opportunity comes along. Mike has built, grown and successfully sold two companies of his own, and will share his keys to:
- Recognizing areas where you must grow as a business owner – and taking action
- Identifying partnerships that complement your goals, not detract from them
- Getting outside your comfort zone and making the sacrifice
- Recognizing opportunities to sell and positioning your company successfully
