We'll cover our beliefs including the ones that limit us, addiction, autism, changing the NFL through mindfulness, being a mom in this world and being with our own humility, our own shortcomings so we can then have forgiveness for other people's humanness because that's how we're going to change the world. We'll be talking with yoga teacher, Laura Sykora, most recognizable on her mega-platform of 1.2 Million Instagram followers, Donnie Edwards, former NFL and Kathryn Edwards, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. This is a charity event, 100% proceeds will go towards advancing social justice.

Friends! It's my birthday too so I decided to turn this event into a mini-bday party!!! It seemed fitting since it's only our One Love community that I'd want to be around anyways. My wish is to sell this event out and for each of you to come because the work we do at One Love means the world to me. It's conversations and connections like these that are going to change the world because we have to start somewhere and we have to start by looking at ourselves first - change starts at home.
