One Fish, Two Fish - February 4

Chef Ana joins us in the kitchen to teach you how to identify fresh fish and prepare them masterfully by using 4 different techniques. We will sauté, roast in paper, braise, and salt-crust local, day-boat fish to make: Hake with Toasted Garlic & Kale Pancake, Seared Scallops with Tahini, Brown Butter & Curry, Whole Fish in Moroccan Spiced Salt Crust. Classes include a recipe booklet, tastes of all dishes demonstrated, beer or wine pairings (depending on class topic) and plenty of time for Q & A with the Chef!
