Our night will include learning about the history of the observatory, and a conversation with UVA’s esteemed Astronomy Department faculty, reflecting on the origin of almost everything – the stars, the universe, and extrasolar planets. After dinner in the Dome Room and time to tour the museum, we will enjoy celestial viewing through the historical telescope once the moon and stars emerge. Don’t miss this special evening!
