This is an introductory workshop for students to learn efficient use of camera phone or any available digital camera. students will learn the basics of exposure and selection of appropriate exposure setting. You will also learn to make photographs interesting by creatively using light to add depth to your image. It is not the camera that you are holding but the hands that hold the camera makes the picture great. You will learn all the basic tools to improve your photographic skills.
What you need: You must bring your own digital SLR camera (or cell phone with camera application) with adjustable exposure and focus. Also bring your camera manual.
If using your cell phone (iPhone or Android), be sure to install the camera software with manual controls.

A small tripod is highly recommended.
