One Buck Shuck at Zeta Bar

Hilton Sydney’s Zeta Bar brings back its popular One Buck Shuck on Tuesdays throughout summer. Oyster lovers can enjoy the freshly shucked ocean treats every Tuesday evening from 6pm until sold out. The oysters come natural ($1) or seasoned with either a delicious cucumber & mint garnish or ponzu soy with chilli & ginger garnish ($2 each).
As the perfect accompaniment, Zeta Bar offers a choice of either chilled bubbles, Chandon Vintage 2012, available by the glass ($13) or bottle ($65)* and for cocktail fans the city’s first Belvedere Vodka cocktail popsicles.
Featuring premium Belvedere Vodka, the refreshing ice-pops are an inventive and modern twist on classic cocktails. The icy treats come in three mouth-watering flavours, a citrusy Sgroppino, an orange and raspberry Americana and an Espresso Lollypop (all priced $15).
