Description

Join the artists for a guided tour of the exhibition and learn more about their inspirations and the making of the works. Then following tea and cake, Emma Goldberg, Senior Specialist at Natural England, will speak on threats to our woodlands and Christine Reid, Head of Conservation at the Woodland Trust, will discuss ancient woodland ecosystems and their Tree Charter. The afternoon will finish with a performance by writer and poet, Darren Rawnsley, reading from Grimm.

There is limited capacity so places must be booked in advance please.

The free talks accompany Art Pop-Up's Once Upon a Time exhibition at Peterborough City Gallery March 18th - May 21st 2017. The exhibition includes new works by Sam Roddan, Sue Shields, Sheelah Mahalath Bewley and illustrations by Laura Barnard with film work by Anu-Laura Tuttelberg.
