"Rousing, musical theatre!  Everyone is likely to emerge from the theatre
ready to dance down the street!"
-THE NEW YORK TIMES (review of the original Broadway Production)

Once On This Island is a captivating legend of romance between a peasant girl and a rich city boy whom she saves from death. This calypso-flavored re-telling of 'The Little Mermaid' opens on a Caribbean island where villagers comfort a little girl with the story of the orphan Ti Moune, destined to love too much for the human heart to bear.

Featuring a cast of young talented performers from the Harlem School of the Arts, Once On This Island delivers melody, tropical beats and fun for the entire family!

DURATION: 45 MINUTES (ONE ACT WITHOUT INTERMISSION)
