Jr Ball Friday May 24th 2013 at Sidetrax 2007 K Street Sacramento. Our Jr. Ball is the kickoff for this years fundraising weekend. Proceeds from this event will benefit The Wind Youth Services Foundation. Enjoy our under the stars prom dance theme and don't forget to take pleasure in tasting the amazing food from Hot Rods. You will also not want to miss out on the make a date flower giveaway. Each person will have a number and when you spot someone that sparks your interest, you purchase a flower for them. The flower will be equipped with a note in which you can write the message of your choice! There will also be an opportunity for you to get your photo professionally taken in front of a delightful backdrop. You will have the chance to take a single shot, a couple's photo, or even a group picture
Blue Ball Saturday May 25th 2013 at Badlands 2003 K Street Sacraemento. AdikensSpot.com is bringing its 4th annual "Got Milk?" fundraiser, now called Blue Ball. We have raised thousands of dollars for the Harvey Milk Foundation in previous years, and intend to out do ourselves this time around! This year we are determined to have the largest turn out yet! Please join us as we host the first ever annual Blue Ball event at Badlands Nightclub in Sacramento on Saturday May 25th. This event was started in Pittsburgh and has now reached Sacramento. Our intent is to have an entertaining themed evening filled with excitement and a variety of fundraising opportunities. You won't want to miss out on our stilt walkers, our mixed drink specials, and blue Jell-O shots. We will also offer thousands of dollars in raffle prizes; there will be clothing for sale, other incredible merchandise, and much more! The Blue Ball event will not only feature stilt walkers, but there will also be various blue creatures that will roam around in the night. Badlands will be transformed into a blue paradise that will surely amaze your eyes!
Black & Blue Festival Sunday May 26th 2013 at Faces 2000 K Street Sacramento. You definitely won't want to miss Sunday's event.... The Black and Blue Festival! This Fundraiser is our grand finale. Proceeds from this event will benefit The Sacramento Gay and Lesbian Center. Enjoy our black and blue Sunday T dance and you will not want to miss wonderful food catered by Jimmy T's BBQ. Don't be late for the fashion show which features three of Sacramento's hottest boutiques, Denimum Spot, Absent Minded Kings, and Est. Apparel. Stop by and have a shot in our ice luge, and keep your eyes peeled for our blue painted boys handing out blue Jell-O shots. We will also feature BINGO games where you have the opportunity to win hundreds of dollars in prizes and gifts. In addition, a live silent auction will be held with a prize amount of several hundred dollars!
When & Where
Luke Shawver was born in Steamboat Springs Colorado and has lived in Sacramento since he was 8. He graduated from American River College in 2008 with a business degree. He owns his own business AdikensSpot.com which was developed in 2006. AdikensSpot.com creates websites with amazing Graphic work as well as Web Design, Event Planning, Marketing, and Fundraising. Luke started the "Got Milk" fundraiser for the Harvey Milk foundation in 2009 which to date has raised over $4,000. His fundraising efforts continue as he recently created Once in a Blue Moon, a fundraising weekend that you will not want to miss!
