This event is for free since it is our first event. Let us know you are coming via our website so we can make sure to have your special interest here for you to show it and maybe teach it to a new friend. This event is created to help those with difficulites in a social setting and those who might be intimiated to get their fitness journey started. You are welcome to come hang out or come workout. No pressure, just a safe space where no one judged and everyone is supported. Caregivers are welcome to attend the event as well.
