We'll have exciting keynote speakers, panel presentations, and workshops on a variety of topics, such as:

Rooms at Turf Valley Resort are now sold out. However, additional rooms are available at the Doubletree Hotel in Columbia, Maryland, a beautiful hotel located just 15 minutes away from Turf Valley. Please call the hotel directly to make arrangements and let them know you are with the On Our Own of Maryland conference in order to receive a special rate. They'll even give you a warm cookie upon arrival! Conference attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference.

About the organizer
On Our Own of Maryland is a statewide peer-operated behavioral health advocacy and education organization.
We work with service providers, peers, and professional and community organizations to ensure that services and systems are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented by reducing stigmatizing practices and expanding consumer involvement in mental health and substance use policy and planning at local, state, and national levels.
