This year there are 3 options: Classic half marathon, duathlon (10mile bike, 10k run) or 2 person team duathlon (one person rides, one runs).
Half Marathon Route: start next to Kent Cycle on the Portage Bike and Hike. There are stocked aid stations every .75-1.5 miles and potties at start, .75, 3, 3.75, 4.5, and 8.5. The majority of the race is on Portage Bike and Hike, which is half paved, half dirt/limestone. The half has about 3 miles on dirt trails, the full about 6. This means there will be roots, rocks and other creative ways to hurt yourself! However, you will see the most beautiful parts of Kent. Trains wiz by as you run along the river, next to lakes and through the trees that Kent is known for. Slow down and enjoy the scenery!
