About this event

Welcome to Calvary by the Sea On-Campus Sunday Worship!

We’re Back! Live and in-person. On Sunday November 7th at 10:00am Calvary by the Sea will be reopening Sunday Services on-campus! Please save the date and join us live and in person. If you are unable to join in-person please continue to watch online.

We are so excited to welcome you all back to on-campus ministries! To pursue holy and poetic promises means to welcome all people. Many ages and languages, many genders and identities, many colors and birthplaces. Many beliefs and abilities, many tax-brackets and family makeups. These are the beautiful people of God!

Ministries for Young Families:

Attention Parents and Young Families!! There will be Sunday School for children in preschool and elementary age. Our CBTS Kids ministry team is excited to welcome back our kids to church. Also, we invite your Jr. High and High Schools students to join us for worship.

Message from the Pastor:

Dear Friends and Supporters!

Our ministry staff looks forward to seeing you face to face very soon!

After a season of uprising cases and uncertainty we are invited to reengage community and new friendship. There is nothing like being in community, united, together, gathered as one people.

As we enter into a season of gratitude my hope is that you boldly step into living a life of thankfulness. Choosing gratitude, goodness, peace, and rest, because life is too short. Let us learn to love one another and live into the fullness of Christ, of the Divine.

We’re back! November 7 at10:00AM – Live and in person.

Much love and the may the Divine smile upon you!

Pastor Moses

Our sanctuary must remain covid-safe. All attending church must follow these precautions:

• We ask that families register using Eventbrite to attend service each week. It’s easy—just click on the link in Calvary Caller or on our website. We may need to limit attendance to ensure social distancing.

• Masks must be worn and social distance maintained at all times, inside and outside the sanctuary.

• The service will include communion using the same pre-packed wine and host

• Nikki Dee rather than the congregation will sing hymns and songs, but we can all participate in prayers and responses.

• Attendees will check in at a desk out front to pick up a bulletin and communion packet, and to leave information for contact tracing that wasn’t provided on Eventbrite. Please arrive a few minutes early!

• There will be a calabash near the main doors of the sanctuary for donations. We would appreciate your using a check rather than cash.

• Sunday school is available each week.

• If you have a prayer request, we ask you to write it out at the front desk before service for Pastor Moses to read. Prayer requests from the Zoom service will also be read.

• After service, we would ask everyone to leave the sanctuary, but feel free to have fellowship outside—under the hau tree or by the ocean.
