Event description

FAQs

What is a creativity workshop and why can it be helpful in everyday life?

"My definition of creative living is 'any life that is guided more strongly by curiosity than by fear'. When you live making your decisions based on your curiosity rather than your fear, than it doesn’t so much matter what you produce; your life itself becomes the work of art. To that end, I will be guiding people through a series of letters that they write to and from various aspects of their being in order to help them learn how to navigate safely and kindly through their fear, and unfold their curiosity. You don’t need to be a writer or an artist or a “creative” in order to do this kind of work; it’s soul work. It’s about bringing you closer to source, closer to yourself, closer to courage." - EG
